Fast footwork Clinic
This program is designed to help players improve their technical proficiency and comfort on the ball with a focus on juggling, dribbling, turns, 1 v 1 moves, passing and receiving in a competitive and fun environment.  Soccer-specific speed, agility and quickness are also part of this high pace session.

Striker Clinic-                                                   This technical training program will focus on individual skill as well as multiple player drills including, but not limited to, footwork, ball control, dribbling, running with the ball, 1 v 1, proper shooting technique, volleys and game situational attacking drills.

Small Group Training- all ages
(min 4 players, max 10 players)

This program is designed for 4 or more players but no more than 10 and will include elite technical training instruction focusing on individual skill, partner and multiple player drills including but not limited to, functional footwork, ball control, dribbling and running with the ball, passing and receiving, partner passing progressions, 1 v 1, proper shooting technique and game situation drills.  We will also focus on soccer specific nutrition and conditioning.

Private Technical Training (all ages):

One hour individual training session: this program is designed to focus on the individual player to improve technical skill, increase comfort on the ball, improve confidence, increase tactical knowledge and teach soccer specific nutrition and conditioning.  

6 Week Program:  This program is a more intense training program that is specifically tailored to each individual focusing on technical, tactical, mental and physical aspects of each individual player.  It will take place in a positive training environment, provide personal accountability and have progressive goal setting. It is comprised of the following 4 steps:

1.     Evaluation- full technical evaluation of strengths and weaknesses.

2.     Personalized Technical Development Plan- based on evaluation results and personal goals a plan will be developed and tailored to each individual.

3.     Execution- one hour individual training session once a week for 6 weeks.  The plan will also include at home drills and 24 hour support.

4.     Re-evaluate & Refine- update the program as you keep progressing.
